THE SIMS ADDICTION

I'm really fond of playing video games, whether it's on-line or not, from PC, to Play Station 2 to mobile phones. I can even call myself as one of those computer game geeks! I have played numerous video games before but on all of those games I've played, for me, The Sims is the best. I've been playing the game since I was grade school, at 4th grade to be exact. I've played various expansion packs of Sims 1: the Hot Date, Livin' Large, Vacation, Unleashed and House Party. I also have The Sims 2 University and Double Deluxe CD. And now, for a level up, I'm playing The Sims 3. My addiction in this game began when I saw my cousin playing it.. I borrowed the CD, my brother installed it and I started playing it all day and night long like there's no tomorrow -- like the usual game addicts! If I'm at school, I sketch houses and lot plans and so I would build it when I get home. Honestly, I've been dreaming of being an Architect but since I follow my dad's choice of course for me which is Nursing, I wasn't able to attain that dream and The Sims has been my way to achieve those childhood fantasy. As far as I remember, when I was a kid, I draw houses with loads of furnitures in it and I can't forget how I draw the Dining and Living room table, it wouldn't be a table without a flower on top of it, the windows usually have curtains and flowers pots outside of it. Also, I can't call my work finished without my family drawn on it --with my pets! :) I really love reminiscing childhood days.. Anyway, back to the main topic, all those sketches I made has been made to life in Sims. I'm not being exaggerated, but the truth is, it is for me! :)

Here's the house that I've built in Sims 3. Located at 415 Skyborough Blvd., Pleasantville.

And oh! Don't forget to drop by! LOL :)

"The Sims is an escapist vehicle for people who want to escape to where they already are, which is why I thought this game was made precisely for me" :)
